Ridgeview Condominiums

Taylor Commercial is putting the finishing touches on a siding project at Ridgeview Condominiums in Concord, North Carolina. The siding renovation for the 55 unit, 7 building condominium complex is using a mix of 7 colors and over 30 SKU’s of James Hardie Pre-painted Siding Products with ColorPlus Technology. All work is expected to be complete in less than 6 months from the start date.

Chastain Walk Fence Replacement

Taylor Commercial’s Construction Services Division recently completed privacy fence removal and replacement for 23 Units at Chastain Walk, located in Roswell, Georgia. The project consisted of removing the older, deteriorated fence and reinstalling a new privacy fence comprised of composite Trex material. This has completely transformed the aesthetics of the property. Also, because Trex never rots or warps, painting and staining is not required and this will provide the residents a much longer lasting product, which in turn is a far greater value.

In lieu of painting or staining, Trex material comes in many different accents and Chastain Walk chose to go with the Winchester Grey. Due to the wood fibers in Trex Material this product will change colors or “weather” over the first few months to its anticipated color.

Kiana Kyser

Kiana Kyser joined Taylor Commercial’s Renovation team as an Estimator in May 2011 and is now a Project Engineer. She began her construction career in commercial electrical subcontracting in California as an office manager and when she decided it wasn’t technical enough for her tastes, she worked her way up into estimating and project coordination of 1M to 5M projects.

Kiana wanted to expand her knowledge so she moved on to one of the top ten electrical contractors in the nation to do commercial estimating for 10M to 120M electrical projects. She moved to Georgia to be closer to family and worked as an estimator for low voltage systems, eventually becoming Director of Operations.

Kiana and her husband Brian live in Alpharetta. They enjoy spending time with family, especially their “rowdy” nephew, and friends. Kiana’s other hobbies include running, photography, wine tasting, playing trivia and shooting pistols.
